Our Story
After more than 20 years of building organizations, from global enterprises to high-growth technology startups, I came to one simple realization: great companies aren’t built by HR. They’re built by exceptional business leadership supported by the right operating infrastructure.
Throughout my career, I watched brilliant founders with extraordinary ideas struggle, not because they lacked vision or talent, but because they were handed enterprise playbooks that didn’t fit their stage of growth. Too often, companies invested in unnecessary processes, expensive consulting engagements, and frameworks that created complexity instead of momentum. The problem wasn’t the founders or their teams; it was that their operating infrastructure hadn’t evolved alongside their business.
That’s why I founded Karcic Partners. We partner with founders, CEOs, investors, and leadership teams to build scalable businesses from the inside out. A portion of our expertise began in organizational strategy and People leadership; our work extends across business operations, leadership, AI, organizational design, and operating models, aligning strategy, people, and execution into a system that enables sustainable growth. We meet companies where they are, introducing the right structure, leadership practices, and operating rhythms at the right time, rather than forcing one-size-fits-all solutions.
We believe founders shouldn’t be replaced as their companies grow; they should be empowered with the right partners and infrastructure to lead the next stage successfully. That’s why we call ourselves Capital Protectors. Every unnecessary hire, misaligned initiative, or premature process has a cost. Our role is to help clients protect their capital, their people, and their time by building the business infrastructure that transforms strategy into execution, because great companies aren’t built by chance; they’re built intentionally.

My career has been dedicated to helping organizations scale strategically, create inclusive cultures, and align operational excellence with visionary leadership. As a wife, proud mother of two teenage boys, along with a lively Golden Doodle, and lifelong learner, I understand the value of building strong foundations—whether in families or businesses—and bring this perspective to every client partnership.
About Jennifer Bolcar
As a Fractional HR Executive with over 20 years of experience as a Managing Director at Accenture, I specialize in large-scale business transformation. I drive results by optimizing processes, leveraging technology, and leading organizational change. My expertise spans organizational change management, shared services optimization, HRIS transformations, and operational efficiency initiatives, all focused on enabling sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
About Tom Lawson
I am a M&A and strategic operations advisor with more than seven years of experience helping companies navigate growth, transformation, and complex transactions. My expertise spans technology, operational, and commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, strategic planning, and organizational transformation, partnering with leadership teams to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and execute with confidence.
Outside of my consulting career, I am the founder of Anchor Custom Built LLC, a woodworking business where he designs and builds custom furniture. In his free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, discovering and playing music, and exploring New York City and the surrounding area on his road bike.
